Anti-virus software development company McAfee has warned its users that one of the products of the company has some problems with it. The said software development product installed on users’ PC will let the hackers get access into their systems and allow them to send spam messages. This will turn their PCs into a spam bot and they might get banned from Google services. Anti-virus software development provider McAfee is a unit of the famous chipmaker Intel Corp. This news was sent to the users through a message warning them about this problem with the software development. The product is known as the service by the name of McAfee SaaS for Total Protection.
McAfee Saas is a web-based service which protects the users from the hidden viruses and malware in the emails and websites. Although it will allow the hackers to send spam messages from those PCs which have installed this software but it will not let them have access to the data on the system. Anti-virus software development company McAfee has assured its users that the data is completely safe on their systems. The development engineers of the company are looking into this matter to fix the bug as soon as possible. This issue has caused serious trouble to some of the users and that is why McAfee is planning to fix it within one or two days.
